This roasted chicken is easy, delicious, and sure to be a huge hit for any member of the family. Crispy skin and wonderfully juicy, flavorful chicken!

4-6 pound whole chicken
5 tablespoons butter ( softened )
2 teaspoons Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 medium onion ( quartered )
6 whole garlic cloves

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
