Rolo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies with a Rolo hidden in each one for extra chocolate and a burst of caramel.

100g Butter, softened
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Sugar
1 eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
