Rooibos raspberry ice lollies

Rooibos tea with a twist - add seasonal fruit, puree, freeze and enjoy as healthy, refreshing ice lollies

1/2 cup rooibos tea (made using 2 tea bags)

1 cup raspberries

100 g coconut milk

1.5 tablespoons honey
Using 2 rooibos tea bags fill 1/2 cup with boiling water. Leave to stand until the tea has cooled, then remove the tea bags. Puree all the ingredients, pour into ice lolly molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
