1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. root beer concentrate ( found in the baking aisle near the spices )
2 large eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. Pop-Tarts Frosted A&W Root Beer, chopped coursely
Frosting:
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter ( softened )
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. root beer concentrate
2-4 Tbsp. milk ( or a little more as necessary until desired creaminess is reached )
