Homemade focaccia bread with olive oil and rosemary

2¼ tsp (1 envelope) dry yeast
? cup warm water (100 degrees)
2¼ cups tepid water
2 Tbls olive oil
3 cups bread flour
4½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbls salt
3 Tbls fresh chopped rosemary
Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
