Rosemary Tomato Beef

1 cup beef chunk
2 ginger slices
1 star anise
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped.
¼ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup or more water
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Put beef together with ginger, star anise and soy sauce, marinade for 20 minutes. Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. Heat oil in a pot, Add garlic onion, beef and the seasoning used for marinade, and stir together. Add tomato, water and rosemary, boil then turn down the heat and cover, simmer for 20 minutes.
