Gorgeous homemade bread from scratch with a crusty outside and soft middle. Perfect with soup or stews!

425ml lukewarm water
30g fresh yeast
375g wholemeal bread flour (extra for kneading)
155g rye flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon raw brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
