Selena Cut into thin strips. Salt and leave it for 1-2 hours. Boil 1 liter of water with garlic, pepper and bay leaf
Pour over cabbage with water.
After ten minutes, drain and season with oil, vinegar and salt, if necessary.
Should stand another 1-2 hours. Serve with chopped celery.
