Salad of red cabbage

500g red cabbage
2 inc. garlic old
2 pcs. black pepper
1/2 pc. bay leaf
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 pinch of sea salt

1 liter water
Selena Cut into thin strips. Salt and leave it for 1-2 hours. Boil 1 liter of water with garlic, pepper and bay leaf Pour over cabbage with water. After ten minutes, drain and season with oil, vinegar and salt, if necessary. Should stand another 1-2 hours. Serve with chopped celery.
