2 cups raisins ( soak the in the orange juice )
2 cups pineapple chopped small

Place orange juice, zest and cinnamon in the blender and blend well. To join in the bowl carrots, raisins, and pineapple and pour over dressing mixing well. Give the rest refrigerated 20 minutes. Bon appetite.
