Salmon Fillets Marinated in a Hoisin Sauce

8 4-ounce salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons white sugar
Vegetable Oil or Non Stick Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix the garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar. Set aside. Foil line your baking pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Place salmon fillets in pan and brush each side with marinade, reserving leftover marinade. Cover pan with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and brush salmon with leftover marinade. Bake an additional 10 minutes uncovered. This dish is great with a side of brown rice and steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
