1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno majority of seeds removed ( leave just a few )
1 tbsp honey
1/2 teaspoon cumin
large handful cilantro
juice of 1 1/2 limes
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well combined, about 1 minute. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
