For the Crust:
1 lb. salted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1½ cups powdered sugar
2 Tbs vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
For the Filling:
1 bag (14 oz.) caramel candies (51 caramels to be exact), unwrapped
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1 lb. salted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1½ cups powdered sugar
2 Tbs vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
For the Filling:
1 bag (14 oz.) caramel candies (51 caramels to be exact), unwrapped
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
To make the crust: Preheat the oven to 325F
Using a mixer, combine the butter and sugars until fluffy and creamy,
about 3-5 minutes.
