1 cup of granulated sugar
6 T. salted butter
½ cup half and half.
½ tsp. sea salt

¼ cup of hot sauce
1 T. of maple syrup
3 lbs. chicken tenders
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
3 eggs, beaten
1½ cups panko crumbs
canola oil, for frying
pinch of sea salt

3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. kosher salt
2 T. sugar
1 and ½ cup whole milk
2 egg yolks
1 T. vanilla extract

4 egg whites
powdered sugar, garnish
hot sauce, garnish
