Salted Caramel Pumpkin Roll

A salty twist on a classic dessert. I make this for all of my holiday gatherings.
Salted Caramel:
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp sea salt
Pumpkin Roll (cake):
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Pumpkin Roll Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Prepared caramel

Pumpkin Roll Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Prepared caramel
Salted Caramel:
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Once the butter comes to a boil, add sugars. Stir constantly until boiling.
Add whipping cream. Let boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
