This is a recipe that I watched Trisha Yearwood make, and she had her own name for it, "Southern Crack". Well, I'm not sure that is what I would call it, but I do understand her reasoning for the name, because it is addicting! With only four ingredients, who would believe this could be so delicous and yes addicting! I am totally in love with this and has now become another family favorite! -Robin

40 saltine crackers
1 cup butter (2 cubes)
1 cup light brown sugar
8 oz. chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups) I used milk chocolate, but you could use semi sweet also.
