1/2 cup Beef Stock Unsalted
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard Whole Grain or Normal
1/4 tsp Hungarian Paprika
1 pinch Nutmeg Ground
1/4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Arrowroot
1 tbsp Water For slurry
1 bunch Parsley Chopped for topping
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt To taste
1/2 cup Cream
3 tbsp Butter Unsalted
