1/2 yellow bell pepper ( seeded, chopped )

3 cloves garlic ( minced )

14 oz. can cherry tomatoes
10 oz. smoked sausage ( cut into half moons )
1 cup mozzarella cheese ( shredded )
Parsley ( for garnish )
