250 grams of shrimp, peeled skin
250 grams of green beans, cut into pieces
2 pieces starfruit
2 stalks lemongrass, sliced
1 tomato, sliced ??lengthwise 6 parts
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tbsp tamarind juice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ teaspoon pepper

Marinate shrimp with starfruit juice, wash and drain Bersi. Fry until it changes color, remove from heat and drain.
Heat oil, saute sliced ??spice until fragrant. Enter the chickpeas, tamarind water, sugar, salt and pepper, stir, and cook until slightly wilted beans. Add water and shrimp, stir and wait until cooked. Remove and serve
