Sauteed Vegetable Mix
Ingredients
1 medium zuchinni, sliced
1 small tomato, cubed
1 slice red onion
1/2 c fresh corn, boiled
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
ground pepper, pinch
sea salt, pinch

Sauteed Vegetable Mix
Ingredients
1 medium zuchinni, sliced
1 small tomato, cubed
1 slice red onion
1/2 c fresh corn, boiled
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
ground pepper, pinch
sea salt, pinch
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add zucchini, tomatoes, red onion and corn. Add oregano, pepper and salt. Sautee vegetable mixture until caramelized. Remove from heat and serve.
