Quick and easy Sautéed Zucchini and Onions with garlic, butter and fresh herbs is the perfect summer side dish! Add Parmesan cheese on top for an extra layer of flavor. 2 T salted butter
1 sweet onion
1 clove garlic
2 lbs zucchini ( thinly sliced )
1 T chopped fresh dill or basil
1 t freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper ( to taste )
