Savory Bacon and Veggie Waffles

Instead of sweet, this is a savory waffle. It has veggies and bacon and is a great lunch/brunch recipe!

1 egg
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 green onions, chopped small
3 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, red, orange and yellow
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

3 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers, red, orange and yellow
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, beat the egg well.
Add in the milk and vegetable oil and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Add the onions, bacon, peppers and cheese and mix well.
