Savory Chicken Chili

A healthier version of Chili. Instead of beef, I use chicken.

2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2- Knorr chicken bouillon cubes
2-3- thawed,boneless,skinless chicken breasts
1- whole green bell pepper chopped
1-whole red onion chopped
1- (15 ounce) can of black beans drain
1- (15 ounce) can of whole kernel corn
1/2 cup cilantro
1- chopped jalapeno (optional)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp salt and pepper
1/3 cup chili powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 lime

1)Take your water and pour it in a stockpot adding the bouillon cubes, turn the heat on high, and bring to a simmer dissolving the cubes.
2) Add the chicken, cook completely, and shred into bite size pieces.
3)Turn the heat down to med-high and add the bell pepper, onion, black beans, corn, and jalapeno.
4) Add all the spices and stir.
5) Cover and bring to a boil.
6) Turn off the heat and add lime juice.
7) ENJOY!
