Bite sized fried chicken tossed in a sweet sesame sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
For the Sauce:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon chili paste (can substitute a couple pinches of red pepper flakes)
For the Coating & Frying:
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6 cups vegetable oil, for frying
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Scallions, sliced, to garnish
