This scalloped potatoes recipe goes well with a casual supper meal or with a holiday dinner. Enjoy!

5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, halved and sliced thin
1½ c. milk
3 tbs. flour
4 tbs. butter
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
20 Ritz crackers

Peel and slice potatoes into a medium sized pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 3 minutes. Do not completely cook. Drain.
