Scoopable Strawberry Ice Cream

Hard-as-a-rock homemade ice cream is a thing of the past, thanks to the surprise ingredient in this heavenly strawberry ice cream!

2 cups whole milk
1 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
4 cups fresh strawberries, coarsely mashed with a fork or potato masher
2 T vodka
