The mornings are getting chillier, the days a little shorter, and the nights a little longer. This comforting cauliflower mash is a great alternative to traditional potatoes, is perfect for the holidays, and happens to be vegan and paleo!

1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
? tsp sea salt (can increase to ¼ tsp, if desired)
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup green onions, sliced
¼ cup cilantro, minced
