Oven Roasted Green Beans tossed with an asian viniagrette, sesame seeds, and red bell peppers.

1 16 oz bag frozen cut green beans
1 red bell pepper, seeded and julienned
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss frozen green beans with peppers, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Roast beans for 30 – 40 min stirring twice. Serve hot.
