Shiitake Salad with Parmesan

Fusion salad with oriental mushroom and western cheese.

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 big shiitake mushroom
1 large garlic clove, minced.
½ tablespoon lemon juice
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)
2 ounce saved Parmesan Cheese
2 ounce lettuce
Dice the shiitake mushroom. Heat oil in a small pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes. If the pan becomes too dry, add a little water or vegetable broth. Remove from heat, then add lemon juice, pepper and salt, and mix well. Spread the lettuce on a serving plate, and top with mushroom. While the mushroom is still warm, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese slice on them.
