2 Lb. Boneless Short Ribs
1 Large Onion, Chopped
3 Large Carrots, Diced
3 Celery Stalks, Diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 TSP Paprika
2 TSP Pepper
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
2 (14 oz) Cans Diced Tomatoes
2 (14 oz) Boxes Beef Broth
2 Cups Water
3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
