3 cups butternut squash or 1 large squash cubed
2 red bell peppers, sliced & diced
1 cup white onion, finely diced
1 15 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp paprika
