Enjoy these scrumptious, fluffy and velvety textured pancakes, easy to whip up for a fast breakfast!

120 g white flour
100 g oat bran
120 ml milk
100 g creme fraiche
80 g ricotta cheese
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pinch himalayan salt
100 g oat bran
120 ml milk
100 g creme fraiche
80 g ricotta cheese
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 pinch himalayan salt
