6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup yellow onion, roughly chopped
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon hot sauce of your choice (I used Chili Garlic Sauce)
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
