2 small tomatoes ( grated )
4 tbsp oil
1 tamarind ( soaked in a little water )
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
6 slices unsweetened white bread

1 big bunch of coriander leaves
1/2 bunch Fenugreek
1 medium sized onion
8 cloves garlic
1 inch piece ginger
2 green chillies
