Skillet Ham & Cheese Gnocchi

A quick and easy meal when you need dinner on the table fast - plus it's full of veggies!

1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup broccoli, chopped into bite size pieces
8-10 ounces ham, cubed into bite size pieces
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1 package (16 ounces) of potato gnocchi
1 1/2 cups frozen peas, rinsed (to get rid of excess water/ice)
1/4 cup half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Asiago (or Parmesan) cheese, shredded
