Skinny & Healthy Blackberry Muffins

“Skinny” blackberry muffins sweetened with honey and made with natural ingredients. Although these are healthy, there is no sacrifice of taste! These muffins make the perfect breakfast or snack.

½ cup white whole wheat flour
¾ cup white all-purpose flour*
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
? tsp. salt
½ cup + 2 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
2 tbsp. low-fat vanilla yogurt, or sub a plain yogurt of choice
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg whites (discard yolk or save for another recipe), lightly beaten
2 tbsp. honey
½ cup + 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk, or sub another milk
2 tbsp. sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (dry), optional
1 cup blackberries, washed and completely dried
