A slimmed down version of the classic. This is so delicious. It is one of my favorite breakfasts. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

1 corn tortilla
1 oz. ham
2 fried eggs
1/4 cup salsa
2 T Avocado
juice of 1/2 of a lime
salt and pepper to taste
Toast corn tortilla in a panini maker or on the stove. While this is toasting fry eggs to your liking. Mash 1/2 avocado with 1/2 of the juice of 1 lime and salt and pepper. Place ham on top of tortilla,...
