3 Cups Penne Pasta
8 oz. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
3/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar (2%)
2 cloves of Garlic minced
1/2 tsp. salt (or according to taste)
1/2 tsp. Pepper (or according to taste)
3/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Butter Spray (the 0 Calorie kind)
8 oz. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
3/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar (2%)
2 cloves of Garlic minced
1/2 tsp. salt (or according to taste)
1/2 tsp. Pepper (or according to taste)
3/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Butter Spray (the 0 Calorie kind)
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix Ricotta, Cottage Cheese, Sharp Cheddar, Garlic, salt and pepper until smooth (I used my Immersion Blender)
Mix cheese sauce and pasta together and put in greased 9 x9 glass dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Bread crumbs on top and spray Butter Spray on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
