"Skinny" Rich Chocolate Almond Butter Banana Breakfast Shake {GF & Dairy Free}

Skinny breakfast shake that tastes rich, creamy, super chocolatey decadent and healthy, frosty style!

1 banana, sliced and frozen (100 Calories)
2/3 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (30 calories)
2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter (190 calories) OR PB2 2 tablespoons (45 calories)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 to 1 cup ice
Optional: 1 tablespoon honey
Optional: 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds, sprinkle of chocolate chips, chia seeds, flax seeds
Optional: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop oatmeal, handful of berries
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
