This was uh-mazing. I wish I would have discovered this recipe sooner. The chicken was so moist and the first bite was so flavorful and delicious! And I love that this recipe only has 313 calories per serving! Delicious, easy, and good for you!

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup honey
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
to taste cornstarch
to taste sesame seeds
