A delicious way to enjoy fries.

4 medium russet potatoes, rinsed and patted dry
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
black pepper, to taste
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeños
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
black pepper, to taste
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeños
Preheat oven to 400º F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Cut each slice into 1/4 inch pieces.
