Quick, simple, and great during any season, these slow cooker Asian ribs melt right off the bone! Easy to make gluten-free, and perfect for busy nights.

3 1/2 pounds pork back ribs, fat removed
Dry Rub
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Wet Marinade
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 tablespoon coarse whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
Dry Rub

Wet Marinade
1 onion, diced

1/4 cup honey

Cut ribs into smaller portions (about two bone chunks per portion.) Mix dry rub ingredients together and rub each rib portion down. Place ribs into 6-quart slow cooker.
