2-3 pounds Pork Side Ribs
1 cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce (I used Tony Roma’s Carolina Honeys)
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 Tsp Ground Mustard
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Onion Powder
BBQ Sauce for brushing
1 cup Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce (I used Tony Roma’s Carolina Honeys)
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 Tsp Ground Mustard
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Onion Powder
BBQ Sauce for brushing
Wash and dry ribs. Cut them into individual pieces. Place them on a bake pan or deep cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Broil ribs in the oven for 30 minutes to get rid off the excess fat.....
