We love an easy dinner recipe – especially when you can make it in the slow cooker! These cheesy chicken taquitos are a healthier homemade version than store bought or restaurant made (they’re baked, not fried!) – and they’re perfect for little hands who refuse to eat anything unless they can dip it in something! ????

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
6 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 ( 6 inch flour tortillas )
1 Tablespoon butter ( melted )
Salsa ( for dipping )

Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cover with taco seasoning. Add cream cheese and water.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
