Every year, the Greek Festival comes to Salt Lake City and my husband and I love to go. We have no Greek ancestors or links to Greece of any kind, but Greeks just know how to put on quite the party and we always have such a good time! One of my favorite parts is all the delicious food . . . seriously, they have some of the most amazing grub. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup water
1 tablespon olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
