3 to 3½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
1? cups Very Warm Water
Rounded ½ tablespoon Vital Wheat Gluten
½ tablespoon Himalayan Pink Salt
2 tablespoons Grass-fed Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
2 tablespoons Raw Honey
½ cup unsweetened or naturally sweetened Dried Cranberries
