2 large (or 3 medium) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
2 bay leaves
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
6 ounces egg noodles
Fresh parsley, chopped
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
