Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Homemade mashed potatoes are pretty much the best thing in the world. When it comes to dinner time I don’t have time to sit and watch a stove for hours. I feel like I spend so much time making our main dish that when it comes to a side, I just don’t want to put in all the effort! I turn to my slow cooker once again to save the day and made these slow cooker mashed potatoes!
Red potatoes, 2 lbs washed and chopped
Sour cream, 1/2 cup
Milk, 3 tbsp
Garlic, 1 tbsp
Butter, 1/2 stick
Dried oregano, 1/4 tsp
Salt and peper, to taste (or about 1 tsp of each)

Place your chopped potatoes into your slow cooker. Cover and let cook for 2-3 hours on high or 5-6 on low.
