This Slow Cooker Shredded Mexican Chicken is loaded with flavor and is absolutely delicious! Use it for tacos, burritos, salads, enchiladas, nachos or salads. You're going to love it!

4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mild salsa (or medium if you like more kick)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
1 can (14.5 oz) fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Extras::
Dash of hot sauce
  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker and drizzle with the olive oil. Add all of the remaining ingredients except for the hot sauce. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 5 to 6...
