Slow Cooker New England Clam and Vegetable Chowder

Delicious, hearty and perfect for feeding a crowd, this Slow Cooker New England Clam and Vegetable Chowder is easy to throw together and super satisfying!

2 lbs red potatoes scrubbed and diced
1 lb carrots peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery chopped
2 onions chopped
5 slices thick cut bacon diced and cooked
2- 10 oz cans whole baby clams undrained
6 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp beef flavored Better than Bouillon can sub beef broth equivalent or beef bouillon granules
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt I use sea salt
6 cups water
2.5 cups milk I use whole milk
2 Tbsp flour
Combine everything in the slow cooker except for the milk and flour. Stir to combine and cook for 3.5 hours on HIGH. Combine the milk with the flour till smooth and stir into the slow cooker. Cover and cook...
