Tender beef brisket braised in red wine! Great over mashed potatoes.

2-3 lb. beef brisket
cooking oil
1 cup beef broth
1 (8-oz,) can tomato sauce
1 cup red wine (I used 14-hands red blend)
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sliced red onion
3 cups peeled and cut carrots
